LOYALTY & REWARDS:

In order to be registered to the loyalty and rewards programme, you must have an online account on vasilisgarden.com.

Points can be earned shopping online or by completing tasks such as following our social pages, celebrating a birthday or by creating an account on our website.

Points can be redeemed for vouchers or free products, through the ‘ways to redeem’ rewards page. When redeeming points for online discount coupons, view the ‘order discount’ reward and drag the orange circle across the bar to your desired discount value. When you have redeemed a reward, your coupon code with automatically be applied to your cart. You can redeem a maximum of 4,000 points per reward - redeeming 4,000 points earns you a $40 coupon.

Once you have redeemed points, this cannot be reversed. If you do not wish to apply the reward to your order straight away, it will be saved under ‘Your rewards’. You have 6 months to redeem the reward, before it expires.

Only 1 reward can be redeemed per order. Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with online discount codes or product bundles. There is no minimum spend to redeeming your rewards (excluding referral codes). 

Loyalty points & rewards can only be redeemed online and not in-store / at our C&C locations. Although, you can redeem rewards for online click & collect orders!

Birthday Points are rewarded on the day of your birthday each year! This reward is limited and only available to customers in Tiers 2-5. Please note: you will not be rewarded points for your birthday if you enter a date that is within the next 30 days, but will be rewarded the following year on that date.

Tiers are milestones reached when earning points. You will start on tier 1 when creating an account and move up to each tier by earning points. Tier statuses are based off points earned each year. Achieve each tier status by earning points, either by shopping online or by achieving tasks. You must reach the certain minimum points earnings within 12 months, to move up to each tier. You will automatically be rewarded tier rewards when you have reached a tier level. We are constantly working on adding new tier rewards.

Refer a friend and they’ll automatically get $10 off at checkout. You will automatically get a $10 discount for every successful referral. Minimum spend of $30 applies for all $10 coupons. Coupon codes cannot be redeemed with any other coupon/discount. Once your friend/family has redeemed referral code, you will receive an email instantly with a $10 reward code. This is limited to new customers and cannot be offered to existing customers on vasilisgarden.com.

CLICK & COLLECT:

Our Click and Collect locations have different operating hours. Check our FAQ page for details on each location.

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order has been received. You will receive another email when your order is ready for pickup. Do not visit the store until you have received your collection notification, as your items will not be ready for pickup.

Please pick up your items within one week of receiving the confirmation email. If you need more time to collect your order, please contact your selected store to reschedule your collection day and time.

Make sure to check stock availability for your chosen location on each product page before you reach checkout. You cannot complete your order unless all items are available at your selected location.

Please note that operating hours may differ among our click and collect locations, with some situated within the homes of our valued partners. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy and property by adhering to the designated operating hours. Let's foster a culture of courtesy and kindness by ensuring that your visit is during these specified times and by treating everyone with respect.

While our outlet staff are happy to assist where possible, they are not responsible for loading heavy or bulky items into vehicles. If you may require assistance with heavy lifting, we kindly ask that you arrange for additional help or consider alternative collection options to ensure a smooth and safe pickup. SHIPPING:

All orders are processed within 1-5 working days of the purchase date and are shipped with Australia Post nation-wide. Tracking information will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch.

Postage costs are calculated based off order total weight and destination. These fees are based off Australia Post charges and cannot be negotiated.

Free Shipping is available on orders over $200. Please note; there is a maximum weight limit of 22kg for ALL free shipping orders. Due to the high costs of postage, any orders that have a weight total of 22kg and above, will incur shipping charges based on your total order weight and shipping destination.

Larger items that are available for shipping will be sent in a single shipment and are not included in any free shipping promotions. If your order totals above $200 & includes a ‘large item’, a shipping fee will apply for the entire order. Please see the shipping description on individual product pages to see if an item is eligible for free shipping.

Due to Biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship seeds to Tasmania and Western Australia. If an order includes seeds destined for these regions, the seed portion of the order will be refunded. 

Maresi Productions will not be held liable for any lost parcels or damages caused to any products during postal transit. If your item/s have arrived damaged or have not arrived at all, please inform Australia Post and contact our online team.

PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAYS/COMPETITIONS:

We celebrate our customers by introducing new products, making room in our warehouse, and simply spreading happiness. To enter, just follow the specific instructions for each giveaway or competition. Be sure to submit your entries or shop online/in-store before the advertised deadline and as per our terms and conditions. 

Our prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If necessary, we may substitute a prize with one of equal value. Winners are chosen based on the competition criteria, and we will notify them via email or phone after the competition ends.

By entering, you give us permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes. Winners may also participate in publicity activities. We reserve the right to change or cancel the competition and terms without notice. Our decisions are final, and by entering, you agree to these terms.

We are not responsible for any incorrect information, technical issues, or unauthorized access to entries. Your personal data will be used in accordance with data protection laws and will not be shared without your consent.

Competitions are open to residents of Australia. Entry methods and deadlines will be specified in the competition announcement. Winners are selected at random; prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes. Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Vasili’s Garden is not liable for technical issues or other factors beyond our control.

ONLINE PURCHASES / DISCOUNTS:

NO DISCOUNTS, COUPONS, SPECIALS, REWARDS CAN BE APPLIED TO AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED. Please carefully review your order before finalising. All codes can be applied at the Checkout page.

All Sales are final. Once an order has been placed, you are accepting all costs associated with your order and any discounts that have been applied. Once a promotion/coupon has reached its expiration date, it cannot be redeemed under any circumstance. Please carefully review promotion details for coupons/discounts to ensure your order is eligible.

Only 1 coupon code can be applied per order. Minimum purchase values and maximum usage apply with all coupon codes. For minimum purchase values to redeem a coupon or free product, the minimum must be the total value of products after discounts, not including postage costs.

No returns will be accepted for a change of mind. The customer is liable for all shipping/postage costs for all orders where applicable and all returns. Please contact our online team for further details and enquiries.                            

If a claim for a faulty item is required, please email admin@vasilisgarden.com details of the fault. Replacements or refunds will only be accepted after proof of product fault is provided.

Any orders containing items marked as Pre-Order will be sent in one delivery once the pre-ordered items are in stock. Orders are not accepted for items that are out of stock.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $200, even when discount or coupon codes are applied. This offer applies only to product purchases and does not include subscriptions.

All Easy Hand Sprayers include a one-year warranty from the purchase date.

Zip Pay. Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply. GIFT CERTIFICATES/VOUCHERS:

Online gift certificates/vouchers are redeemable only via the online store. The gift certificate code must be entered at Checkout prior to completing an order. All Gift Certificates have an expiration period of 2 years. Any gift certificates not claimed and have expired are forfeited will not be re-issued. 

Gift vouchers are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued for the unused portion of the voucher only.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Vasili’s Online. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. Proof is required on all faulty items for our records. This can be presented via documentation (photo/video) or by returning the item. Items must be returned with their original packaging and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them and must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Vasili’s Online is not liable for any return postage costs. Please contact our team if you have any further enquiries regarding returns.
