How good is it when so many different cultures can come together and celebrate the joys of living and sharing each others wonderful lifestyles? It’s is bloody GREAT, if I don’t say so myself.
And this week we did exactly that.
This week we went to Merrilands Community Centre to celebrate with everyone the firing up of their new wood oven which was kindly donated by a great company and family, Ima Forni.
There was music, dancing, more music more dancing and lot’s of cooking and eating too, with Lebanese pizzas, chickens, raisin bread and Italian style village bread too!
But I must admit that my favourite part of the day was the dancing with the Arabic women!
You don’t know what I mean? Well watch the show and see.
